Not on Mule Day this year
To avoid Easter the Mule Day Festival has shifted to the second weekend of April for 2010. We have chosen to remain on the first Saturday of April to maintain our spot on the race calendar and to keep Nashville Striders as our timers. Mule Day will return to the first weekend next year.

Mule Day Kick 5K Run
The Mule Day Kick 5K Run is a certified 3.1-mile run that begins at the Riverside Elementary School near downtown Columbia TN. The course will meander through the Riverside neighborhood and return on Riverside Drive. The finish is in Riverwalk Park.

1-Mile Family Trot
This 1-mile run begins at 9:00 a.m. and is targeted to children ages 4-12. We give t-shirts to everyone. We award ribbons to the top three finishers for ages 4 & under, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, & 12 for both boys and girls. There will be a new course for 2010. Parents may accompany their children.

We want everyone to exercise:
Proceeds for this race benefiting the City of Columbia playgrounds and the “We Build People” campaign of the Maury County YMCA. This program gives free and discounted access to the YMCA facility.
